The pilot includes organized supplier/product records, a missing-information checklist, a reviewed preparation packet, and a measurement of handling effort.

Continuing scope and monthly pricing follow the work observed in the pilot. Difficult follow-up is scoped separately.

Explore the workflow

Before you begin

Does this file my declaration? Your importer and brokerage review and file through their authorized process. Lacey Desk prepares the supplier information and evidence.

Can it find missing species or harvest facts? It can suggest information present in a document. Unavailable facts stay unresolved and need supplier confirmation.

Can I use my existing filing software? The handoff is a documented preparation format. We check your required output in the pilot before promising compatibility.

Who reviews the information? Your authorized brokerage reviewers approve the saved product version and shipment packet. Automated suggestions do not approve themselves.

What happens when sourcing changes? Create a new product draft and renew the review. Previously frozen shipment packets keep their original versions and sources.

Will suppliers see our other clients? A private supplier request is limited to the products named in that request. It does not open the brokerage workspace.

Can we start with spreadsheets? Product lists can be organized from CSV or XLSX. Attach supporting PDFs and scans, with the original evidence retained.

Is unlimited supplier chasing included? Pilot and ongoing service limits are agreed against the actual workload. Difficult exceptions are scoped explicitly.

Bring a real workflow
